Terms and Conditions of Karol Prams Online Store

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between Karol Prams s.r.o., registered office: Mokrá 311, Mokrá Horákov 664 04, Czech Republic, Company ID: 23599812, e-mail: info@karolprams.com, website: www.karolprams.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and customers when purchasing goods via the online store www.karolprams.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
2. Goods and Services
The online store offers strollers and accessories.
Goods are delivered through courier services GLS, DHL, Czech Post, PPL.
All prices are listed including VAT and valid at the time of ordering.
Product images may be illustrative; the Seller strives to display the actual appearance of the products.
3. Orders and Contract Conclusion
An order is considered binding after confirmation by the Seller via e-mail.
The customer is obliged to provide true and complete information when placing an order.
The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in case of doubts about its validity, unavailability of goods, or incorrect information.
4. Payment Terms
The customer may pay for goods by:
bank transfer in advance,
cash on delivery.
Payment must be made on time; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.
All prices in the online store are inclusive of VAT.
5. Delivery of Goods
Standard delivery time is up to 14 days after order confirmation.
In exceptional circumstances, delivery may be extended up to a maximum of 30 days.
Goods are delivered via the chosen courier to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery and check their condition.
6. Customer Rights and Obligations
The customer is obliged to:
provide accurate contact and delivery information,
accept the ordered goods,
pay the agreed price in the chosen manner.
The customer has the right to:
withdraw from the contract under consumer protection laws,
claim warranty during the warranty period,
request repair, replacement or refund in case of defective goods.
7. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
The Seller is obliged to:
deliver goods in the agreed quantity and quality,
inform the customer of any delivery delays,
handle complaints and withdrawals in accordance with applicable legislation.
The Seller has the right to:
reject an order if doubts arise about its validity,
update the Terms with effect for new orders,
request reimbursement of transport costs in case of an unjustified complaint.
8. Withdrawal from Contract
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
A withdrawal form available on the online store is recommended for returning goods.

9. Warranty and Complaints
The warranty period for strollers is 2 years from receipt.
Complaint procedure:
the customer provides a written description of the defect and attaches photographs,
the goods are sent to Zápotočí 541, Velký Týnec 783 72, Czech Republic,
the Seller handles the complaint with the manufacturer.
If the complaint is justified, the Seller covers the return shipping costs. If not, the costs are borne by the customer.

10. Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data of customers in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data is used solely for:
order processing,
complaints,
invoicing,
sending marketing communications (only with customer consent).
The customer has the right to access, correct or delete their data, and other rights in accordance with data protection laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the stroller or ignoring the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
The Seller is not liable for damages caused during transport if the goods were not properly inspected upon receipt.
12. Dispute Resolution
Both parties will strive to resolve disputes amicably.
Customers may also use the EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, product descriptions and the online store’s logo are protected by copyright and may not be used without the Seller’s consent.
14. Final Provisions
These Terms are effective from the date of publication on the online store.
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms, which will apply to new orders only.
All legal relations not governed by these Terms are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic.
